We'd greatly appreciate a response as quickly as is reasonable so that we can get the rooms under contract with the resort. The rooms are somewhat limited and first-come, first-serve and of course airfare will likely only increase. For planning purposes with the resort, we need to know if you'll be able to join us no later than Saturday, May 6th.
